Take one tablespoon daily — straight from the jar, or blended into smoothies, tea, coffee, or juice. It's tasteless in the Trinity blend and lightly flavored in our fruit blends. Most people take it first thing in the morning.

Each 16oz jar lasts about 2-3 weeks with daily use (one tablespoon per day). Unopened jars stay fresh for up to 3 weeks refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2-3 weeks and keep refrigerated.
